Motherhood changes everything. Not only the way you love, but the way you see yourself. In the midst of growing a baby, sleepless nights, endless cuddles and ever-changing seasons, it can be easy to forget the extraordinary thing that has taken place.

You have carried life.You have brought a child into the world.

You have nurtured, protected, comforted and loved in ways that are difficult to put into words.

HELD is about remembering.

Remembering the tiny hands wrapped around yours. The sleepy newborn stretches. The laughter, the cuddles and the connection that fill your days.

But it is also about remembering you. The woman who carried, nurtured and loved.

The woman who was born alongside her child.

These sessions are a celebration of motherhood in all its beauty, strength and complexity, creating honest images that honour not only your children, but the incredible woman at the heart of the story.

A celebration of the strength, beauty and transformation of motherhood before your baby arrives.

Pregnancy is a season unlike any other, a time of anticipation, change, growth and connection. Together, we'll create a collection of natural and meaningful images that honour both the life you are carrying and the woman carrying it.

Includes:

  • Pre-session questionnaire

  • Session guidance and planning

  • Relaxed maternity session (approximately 60 minutes)

  • One meaningful location

  • Multiple outfit changes if desired (access to a small collection of maternity clothes available to borrow for your session)

  • 7 professionally hand-edited digital images of your choice

  • Private online gallery for image selection and download

    Optional Full Gallery Upgrade – £160

    After viewing your gallery, you may choose to upgrade to your complete edited gallery (typically around 30+ images) and keep every moment, detail and anticipation captured during this special season of motherhood.

    A £100 booking fee secures your date, with the remaining £190 due before your session.

A gentle and relaxed session designed to capture the connection, tenderness and love of those early days.

While tiny fingers, sleepy yawns and newborn details will always have their place, this experience is about so much more than documenting your baby. It is about remembering the beginning of your story together and honouring the woman navigating one of life's greatest transformations.

There is no pressure, no rush and no expectation for perfection. We simply create space to capture this season exactly as it is.

Includes:

  • Pre-session questionnaire

  • Session planning guidance

  • Relaxed newborn session in your home (allow up to 2 hours)

  • Parent and sibling photographs included

  • 10 professionally hand-edited digital images of your choice

  • Private online gallery for image selection and download

    Optional Full Gallery Upgrade – £160

    After viewing your gallery, you may choose to upgrade to your complete edited gallery (typically around 40+ images) and preserve the full story of those precious early days together.

    A £100 booking fee secures your date, with the remaining £230 due before your session.

As mothers, we are often the memory keepers, documenting everyone else's lives while quietly disappearing from the frame. Yet the everyday moments that define motherhood, the way they reach for your hand, lean into your embrace, or still seek your comfort, deserve to be remembered too.

Whether your children are taking their first steps, starting school, or growing into young adults, this experience honours the relationship at the heart of it all.

I take on a limited number of sessions each month, allowing space for a slower pace, deep presence, and genuine care for each person I photograph.

Community Sessions
From time to time, I offer a small number of Community Sessions for women who feel drawn to this work but for whom the full pricing isn’t accessible right now.

These sessions are offered with the same care and intention as all my work and are available in very limited numbers. If this feels relevant to you, you’re welcome to send me a message and we can talk.

A note about light and timing

Outdoor sessions are planned around the light, as this has a big impact on the final images. Where possible, I reserve two potential dates for your session so we can choose the most suitable conditions, such as a softly overcast day or gentle morning/evening light. During the summer months, flexibility with both date and time is important, as harsh full sun can affect the look and feel of the gallery. I will always guide you towards the timing that gives us the best chance of creating the soft, natural images you see in my portfolio.
